Our IT Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that our technology systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to all staff members for hardware, software, and network related issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications

- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions

- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

- Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures

- Train and support staff on the use of technology systems and applications

- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions

- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to current systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
