Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and editing videos that will be used for marketing, training, and educational purposes. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate our services and values.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create video concepts and storyboards that align with the company's brand and messaging

- Edit raw video footage to produce high-quality, engaging videos for various platforms such as social media, website, and training materials

- Add graphics, text, and other visual elements to enhance the videos

- Ensure video content is in line with brand guidelines and standards

- Manage video projects from start to finish, including pre-production, production, and post-production

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our videos

- Work with the team to develop strategies for video content and distribution

- Maintain and organize video assets and archives

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro

- Experience with motion graphics and animation

- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery methods

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Passion for storytelling and creativity

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
