VIDEO EDITOR

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our growing team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content that showcases our services, team, and mission. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop and execute video projects that effectively communicate our brand and message to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop video concepts and storyboards

- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with our brand and messaging

- Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the videos

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our videos

- Work with other team members to create video content for social media, website, and other platforms

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for video content

- Maintain organized files and archives of all video projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in video editing and production

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs

- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail

- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
