OPERATION MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to join our team. The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pediatric home healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth

- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide coaching and training as needed

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and maintain accurate and up-to-date records

- Manage budgets and financial performance, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing expenses

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and services

- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new staff members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the healthcare industry, preferably in home healthcare

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to pediatric home healthcare services

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proven track record of managing budgets and improving financial performance

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
