We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to our staff and patients. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to staff and patients for hardware, software, and network related issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner

- Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure optimal performance

- Maintain inventory of hardware and software and order new equipment as needed

- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technology and systems

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
