• Keep the Numbers Straight: Handle billing accurately and ensure prices are spot on.
• Sparkle and Shine: Keep utensils and the dining area clean, following all the health and safety standards (HACCP).
• Be Prepared: Make sure everything is ready before each shift so service runs smoothly.
• Keep It Tidy: Maintain a clean and organized dining area and workspace to enhance the guest experience.
• Make Friends: Build positive relationships with guests to provide top-notch service.
• Stay Ready: Keep serving stations stocked with all the essentials.
