The Role

At Vida Plena, we believe that a flourishing life is nurtured through well-being, which includes the joy of sharing nutritious and delightful meals. We're seeking a passionate Private Office Chef to contribute to our vibrant workplace community. You will be working from 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. You will be the first face everyone sees in the morning and the one who provides their first coffee and best meal of the day making you an essential part for creating a joyful, vibrant, and positive atmosphere at Vida Plena

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Creation: Design and prepare balanced, healthy and delicious meals made with seasonal and organic ingredients.

  • Ingredient Management: Source and maintain high-quality ingredients, ensuring freshness, sustainability and organic options while managing inventory effectively

  • Daily Meal Preparation: Execute daily meal preparations with attention to detail, ensuring each dish presents standards of excellence.

  • Cafeteria Operations: Oversee the daily running of the cafeteria, ensuring it operates efficiently and provides a positive experience for all employees & co-working members

  • Workspace Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are organized, clean, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

  • Suppliers & Purchase: Budgeting ingredients, managing expenses and liaise with the suppliers

  • Empathy and Welcoming Reception: Interact with team members and office visitors, ensuring they feel warmly welcomed and have a positive experience while at the Vida Plena space.

What We Expect From You

  • Previous experience as a cook with a passion for organic and sustainable recipes

  • Good understanding of inventory management

  • Great organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and dietary requests.
