About the job Business Development Manager - Independent

Essential Duties

  • Sell IT Staffing Services into new accounts in a mutually agreed upon target market.
  • Execute IT Staffing business with excellence following Standard Operating Procedures, i.e. Req Qualification, In-Take Calls, Candidate Submittals, 30 Day Evals, etc.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure all necessary paperwork is in place to conduct business with clients.
  • Work closely with Virtual Recruiting Center (VRC) to prioritize open positions and see those positions through to closure.

Required Experience

  • Successful experience executing at a high level in the Staffing Industry.
  • Open to other Non-IT opportunities.
  • Proven ability to stay disciplined to an agreed upon playbook, while also being flexible enough to deal with a certain level of ambiguity while we build out the program.
  • The ability to stay self-motivated and work independently.
  • Successful experience communicating and partnering with a distributed team.
