REQUIRED:

  • Ability to diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues for desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism
  • Strong passion for working with information technologies
  • Ability to work from area client locations up to 50% of the time on an as needed basis

PREFERRED:

  • 1 years experience providing IT services to businesses working for an MSP on a helpdesk or 3 years with a single organization (or the equivalent through self-study and individual projects) working on a help desk
  • Certifications such as A+, CCNA, etc.
  • Degrees in Information Systems or similar
  • Experience providing IT Support for businesses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
