Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Develop and/or manage leads resulting in $8-$10M in new business sales annually over 'national coverage' in all industry segments
  • Develop and maintain a diverse and balanced pipeline with at least $20M in new growth opportunity
  • Develop and/or manage existing customer accounts resulting in $20-$30M in business sales annually over "national coverage" in all industry segments
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at the corporate level
  • Full customer management responsibilities from on-boarding
  • Autonomous work ethic
  • Represent at various tradeshows & industry events, developing network and establishing as solutions provider
  • Represent in all facets of professionalism
  • Utilizing solutions, match potential organizational capability to various needs as identified by customer base

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or other equivalent academic disciplines
  • Formal sales training preferred
  • Minimum of at least three to five years of experience in a regional sales or national sales position
  • Experience in the Logistics, Industrial Packaging, Transportation, or Pallet/Container industries is preferred
  • Experience with account management, sales management, client relations, business to business sales strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Negotiation abilities
  • Supply-chain knowledge
  • Superior computer skills and MS Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) are a mandatory requirement
  • Will support Riverside/Southern California market
  • Although position will be remote, the candidate must be local to the Riverside/Southern California area
