Program Financial Analyst
About the job Program Financial Analyst
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepares financial reports, statements and estimates to provide to the Government to ensure effective management.
- Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual cost objectives are met.
- Manage program accounts receivable, to include working with the billing department to ensure prompt and accurate monthly invoicing, perform unbilled analysis, and resolve any billing issues.
- Generates quarterly EAC review packages for senior leadership.
- Acts as a key technical expert on financial analysis issues.
- Establishes and defines program plan requirements for assigned work.
- Monitors the status of financial accounts, ensuring that task order charges accurately reflects the correct labor hours and rates, subcontractor costs and other direct costs (ODCs).
- Interfaces with senior management, responding to their requests for financial data.
- Validate Backlog Revenue on a quarterly basis adjusting as needed based on the latest EAC.
- Resolves reporting and compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
- Experience with Costpoint
- Advanced Excel skills
- Past successful performance on similar sized program (~$90M/yr)
