IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Able to work with CCTV systems.
- Able to work unsupervised in the field.
- Able to perceive the full range of the color spectrum.
- Able to follow proper evidence handling and chain of custody procedures.
- Able to work in different weather conditions and tolerate exposure to air pollutants and dust.
- Able to operate the vehicles safely, possess a valid driver's license, and have an acceptable driving record.
- Able to learn new software, tools, and technologies, and be able to quickly adapt when new solutions arise.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Three years of experience in a commercial photographic laboratory, including experience in color processing.
- Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
- Color processing experience.
- All finalists for positions are subject to a criminal background check applicable to the department or position.
- Positions in the Police Department must meet the background standards that are appropriate to non-sworn positions.
- Some positions require the use of personal or City vehicles on City business. Individuals must be physically capable of operating the vehicles safely, possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record. Use of a personal vehicle for City business will be prohibited if the employee is not authorized to drive a City vehicle or if the employee does not have personal insurance coverage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum qualifications listed above, plus:
- Experience troubleshooting with network and digital video recorders.
- Experience using digital records management systems, e.g., Xtender, Evidence.com.
- Experience using Microsoft 350, duplicating data and various internal browsing software.
- Experience using Axon Investigate (iNPUT-ACE), Amped Five, BriefCam, DVR Examiner.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, e.g. Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop.
