Responsibilities

As Enterprise BDR, you'll

Most of the time:

  • Develop and implement strategic outbound plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise payers, providers, and life sciences
  • Build strategic outbound process to target key accounts and stakeholders at enterprise level organizations
  • Work closely with account executives to develop and execute outbound campaigns via custom emails, cold calls, social selling
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services

Some of the time:

  • Join prospect calls and professionally transition conversation to account executives
  • Lead internal meetings and training sessions
  • Document processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing Team and Revenue Operations to build enterprise outbound campaigns

Every now and then:

  • Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and generate leads

Requirements

What you bring to the Enterprise BDR role:

  • 1+ years of Enterprise BDR/SDR experience a mix of health tech startups and/or SaaS startups,
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a clear repeatable process
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strategic mind with a high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in selling software or technology solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Google Suite, Notion, Slack, and Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Groove, Revenue.io
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Self starter and innate entrepreneurial ability
