About the job Enterprise Business Development Representative
Responsibilities
As Enterprise BDR, you'll
Most of the time:
- Develop and implement strategic outbound plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise payers, providers, and life sciences
- Build strategic outbound process to target key accounts and stakeholders at enterprise level organizations
- Work closely with account executives to develop and execute outbound campaigns via custom emails, cold calls, social selling
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
Some of the time:
- Join prospect calls and professionally transition conversation to account executives
- Lead internal meetings and training sessions
- Document processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing Team and Revenue Operations to build enterprise outbound campaigns
Every now and then:
- Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and generate leads
Requirements
What you bring to the Enterprise BDR role:
- 1+ years of Enterprise BDR/SDR experience a mix of health tech startups and/or SaaS startups,
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a clear repeatable process
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strategic mind with a high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in selling software or technology solutions
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Google Suite, Notion, Slack, and Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Groove, Revenue.io
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Self starter and innate entrepreneurial ability
