Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential clients to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase our products/services and address clients' specific requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication to understand their evolving needs and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align sales strategies, share market insights, and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and differentiate our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in high-level commission sales, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Strong ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
