Responsibilities:
- Work closely with all hiring managers to execute the full life-cycle recruiting process
- Source, screen and engage passive and active candidates
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect and recruit top talent
- Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, events, and community relationships
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience
- Experience in staffing / high-volume recruiting for hourly positions in a hospital setting is preferred
- Preferred candidate will be a mission-focused, experienced recruiter with directly relevant experience in one or more technical areas within Sodexo Healthcare's service portfolio (e.g., Housekeeping, Food Service, Facilities Management)
- The ability to speak Spanish is preferred and will assist in communicating with candidates
- Proficient with common recruiting technologies including iCIMS and Paradox
- Experience working collaboratively with team members and fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers
- Adherence to applicable vaccination and booster requirements for healthcare facilities and our client organizations
