About Role

  • An experienced IT Operations professional with a "can do" attitude with strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Virtualization, Active Directory, office365 administration, MDM solutions, Intune, #citrixworkspace. The role will support the following activities.
  • As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience & expertise in helping VIP users with daily IT operations activities like user on-boarding/ offboarding, IT induction and troubleshooting daily IT issues but at the same time also manage on-prem and cloud IT infrastructure.
  • Independently work as the IT site SPOC while engaging & managing OEM vendors to bring up and manage a new site from an IT standpoint.
  • You will work closely & collaborate with offshore (India) support teams.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of ITSM products & services in running daily IT operations.
  • You will use your strong & hands on knowledge to maintain & operate IT infrastructure involving AWS and Virtualization, Active Directory, O365, Citrix and MS Azure.
  • You will be proactive and a great team player with extraordinary communication skills to handle senior leadership population like VPs & SVPs.
  • You will have knowledge of WAN, LAN Switches. Routers, Firewalls & VPN devices.


About you

  • Must have superior verbal & written communication skills with a customer first attitude.
  • Must have strong knowledge & hands-on experience with AWS and Virtualization or MS Azure.
  • Must be able to manage & operate, Citrix, Active Directory, Office 365 and drive MDM solutions.
  • Bachelors degree/ Diploma in IT with 5-7 years industry experience.
  • Any cloud certifications would be a plus.
  • Ability to manage / support multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization, in a fast-paced agile setup.
