Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary role includes cold calling; expectations for this role is to have a significant high outbound call volume to potential clients
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Creating and maintaining prospective clients information gathered via our CRM
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Continually seek additional knowledge in the SaaS and tech space
- Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
- Report to SDR/Sales Supervisor, providing results and suggesting ideas for increased efficiency
Qualifications
- Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
- 1+ year(s) as a sales development representative within the SaaS industry or telemarketing is strongly preferred
- Self-starter and intrinsically motivated to succeed
- Great communicator and excellent listener
- Team player with the ability to work in a high-energy fast-paced sales team environment
- Able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
