Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primary role includes cold calling; expectations for this role is to have a significant high outbound call volume to potential clients
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Creating and maintaining prospective clients information gathered via our CRM
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Continually seek additional knowledge in the SaaS and tech space
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
  • Report to SDR/Sales Supervisor, providing results and suggesting ideas for increased efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
  • 1+ year(s) as a sales development representative within the SaaS industry or telemarketing is strongly preferred
  • Self-starter and intrinsically motivated to succeed
  • Great communicator and excellent listener
  • Team player with the ability to work in a high-energy fast-paced sales team environment
  • Able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
