Responsibilities:

  • Lead our sales team from the front!
  • Fully own the leadership of the team and ensure we hit department goals. Develop and improve our unique sales scripts and processes.
  • Challenge our sales team and inspire GROWTH.
  • Once our foundation is solid, you will lead our Seller Success team recruitment efforts. Provide and enforce the process to the rest of the team.
  • Consistently train and role-play with the Seller Success department.
  • Find innovative ways to improve our Sellers customer journey. Whatever else comes up to achieve our goals!


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in residential real estate, with an emphasis on selling.1+ years in a consumer-focused sales leadership role with documented proof of success.
  • 1+ years experience in personal direct-to-consumer sales. A firm grasp of sales KPIs that lead to strong results
