Key Accountabilities:
- Effectively manage office activities and coordinate calendars (organizing group events), meetings and accompanying needs, conference calls, and maintain office supplies & materials.
- Must have excellent PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, and MS Outlook.
- Coordinate office location needs and office subcontractor access.
- Support manufacturing excellence training through event coordination, maintaining training content, and managing purchase orders.
- Assist with maintaining the Advance Analytics Center SharePoint site and organize content for the office IPTV system.
- Coordinate new vendor creation and create new purchase requisitions for team and Mill of the Future activities. Experience with SAP Ariba is a plus.
- Screens telephone calls and office visitors and resolves routine and complex inquiries.
- Process expense reports utilizing an on-line system. Experience with SAP Concur is a plus.
- Provide administrative support for the teams advanced analytics platforms by maintaining SharePoint site content (provided by technology engineers), maintaining user-group lists, generating monthly reports, coordinating work performed by the vendors, and serving as the single point of contact for the vendors
- Must be able to take lead in coordination of activities with other support personnel and maintain positive relationships with all levels of employees, vendors, and customers.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; be well organized; and have good time management skills.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision, perform in a team environment, as well as effectively communicate with others.
- Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel from time to time.
