About the job Human Capital Director, Client Experience
Youll Get To:
- Act as a trusted partner to the Client Experience leadership team to understand the organization and talent implications required for the organization to achieve their strategic imperatives.
- Partner with Talent to build an organization and talent plan, including global talent pipeline requirements. Manage, review and update alongside finance regularly.
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
- Use data and knowledge to evaluate current state versus desired state and build macro and micro action plans to close the gap.
- Support leaders in understanding critical dependencies across the org, always representing what is best for the company.
- Design organizational structures with robust change management plans that enable the business to accomplish goals, including cross-functional touchpoints.
- Co-create strong and resilient change management and communication plans for all people and org related changes.
- Drive strategy and actions to continually increase employee engagement and create optimal employee experience.
- Create strategy and drive completion of HC specific goals (spans, engagement, retention).
- Help the leadership team understand the pulse of the organization as well as the orgs they collaborate with.
- Partner with HC COEs to create programs that meet the business needs.
- Partner in the development and execution of talent management and total rewards strategies (e.g., talent review, succession planning, employee development and training, career paths, etc.). Use all HC programs in support of talent strategy achievement.
- Recommend innovative ways, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Be the caretaker and enforcer of the DNA with particular emphasis on ethics, integrity and diversity.
- Create an open communications environment where employees desire to approach Human Capital as a first step in any employee-related matter.
What Youll Need:
- A proven grasp of all human capital functions, with an emphasis in organizational and talent strategy and planning.
- Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between Human Capital and business strategy, and the ability to identify new ways for Human Capital to support the business strategy.
- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people at all levels in the organization.
- An energetic, positive and innovative demeanor with high ethical standards and integrity.
- A strategic focus as well as an operational and detailed perspective, with strong workflow management, project management and prioritization skills.
- Skilled at effectively managing the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and know when to seek assistance when necessary.
- Must be proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, experience with Workday is a huge plus.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources management, or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
- 7 or more years of Human Resources experience, with some experience working with leaders and teams outside of the US.
