Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target audience segments.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities through effective prospecting techniques.
- Engage with new and existing customers remotely to understand their needs and discuss how our products/services can address their challenges.
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our offerings, demonstrating how they solve customer problems.
- Proactively answer customer inquiries, providing detailed information and addressing any concerns.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, preparing comprehensive sales agreements to finalize the deal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain contact lists and proactively follow up with customers to nurture and strengthen relationships.
- Continuously expand our business reach by leveraging networking techniques and exploring new sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, enabling the creation of targeted marketing events.
- Analyze previous successful campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative ideas for future events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
- Ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills to drive successful deals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders remotely.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Job Type: Full-time, remote position.
- Compensation: $89,190 - $152,800 per year, with bonus pay and commission structure.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay & Commission pay.
