Responsibilities

  • Research and understand prevailing trends/seasonality.
  • Build a pipeline of new partners in targeted industries and close new partners efficiently.
  • Ability to bring a partnership mindset to prospective deals.
  • Can identify what is valued by those on the other side of the negotiating table.
  • Accurately and thoroughly leverage CRM (Dynamics) to maintain data and pipeline efficiency.
  • Actively prioritize tasks and opportunities to ensure effective pipeline management.
  • Build relationships and establish trust with existing and potential partners.
  • Drive the contracting process through to execution and maintain all contracts accurately.
  • Work with Category management and Partner Success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new Partners.
  • Work with Finance & Accounting to ensure all financial records are updated and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and work independently to build effective sales enablement materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 3+ Years of relevant sales experience. Experience selling marketing services assets/content preferred
  • 5+ Years in an office environment
  • Self-starter who can think strategically and prioritize tasks according to company goals.
  • Proven ability to prospect key clients and close business
  • Proven negotiation skills and strategy
  • CRM understanding and experience
  • Great at relationship building and partnership development
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Excellent follow-through and a drive to get things done
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
