Business Development Program Analyst
About the job Business Development Program Analyst
Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate strategy and execution plan to ensure success of specific SRG requests
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Functional Leaders, Recruiters, and Researchers to execute on SRG projects
- Engage with external clients on key SRG requests, providing an exceptional client experience
- In partnership with SRG Director, continue to improve SRG processes through feedback from clients and candidates
- Track and report metrics
- Manage the creation of internal & client facing account documents/deliverables
- Collaborate with other managers to manage cross-functional activities, with emphasis on business development needs and objectives
- Analyze competitive trends, markets, and strategies to improve existing client relationships
- Interface with ELT, marketing, business development, product management, & sales operations teams
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in research, market analysis and/or software & technology
- Business Development and/or Business Development support experience
- High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Invenias preferred
- Project Coordination or Project Management experience
- Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Ability to work in ambiguity
- Experience in executive search or private equity preferred
