About the job Support Technician - Windows (2nd shift)
This role is a permanent, full-time, remote position
You would:
- Provide professional and friendly server support
- Develop a deep understanding of Liquid Web's products
- Install and configure Windows Server operating systems and related software
- Identify industry trends and recommend new product ideas
You have:
- Solid working knowledge of Windows Server OS
- Experience with Windows web hosting tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self Motivation and attention to detail

- Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
