This role is a permanent, full-time, remote position

You would:

  • Provide professional and friendly server support
  • Develop a deep understanding of Liquid Web's products
  • Install and configure Windows Server operating systems and related software
  • Identify industry trends and recommend new product ideas

You have:

  • Solid working knowledge of Windows Server OS
  • Experience with Windows web hosting tools
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self Motivation and attention to detail
