Job Overview

We are currently seeking a full time Tier I Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of extensive hands on experience with desktop support including o365, Desktop Support and client facing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support and remote remediation for complex issues
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer system problems across a broad range of technologies
  • Provide remote installations of new software and upgrades
  • Provide remote installation of service Packs and security updates
  • Provide helpdesk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues

Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications
  • Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Citrix, VMware and Microsoft Systems Administration is a plus
  • Certifications a plus
