The ideal applicant will possess extensive professional work experience and/or knowledge in the following competencies:

- Understand human behavior as it relates to the supervision of staff, adults and/or youth
- Recognize and understand the laws, policies and procedures pertaining to working with youth
- Lead, initiate, and implement cognitive behavioral therapy through programs, activities, and trainings for clients and clients families/friends to better develop their interactions with each other and society
