eCommerce Account Executive
About the job eCommerce Account Executive
You Will:
- Identify and target potential clients in the eCommerce industry, focusing on new business development while nurturing existing client relationships
- Actively prospect and qualify leads, utilizing a challenger sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using eCommerce platform
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client industries, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Present products and services to key stakeholders, demonstrating a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and aligning them with value proposition
- Utilize the MEDDIC and Challenger Selling frameworks to navigate complex sales cycles effectively and influence decision-making processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM software
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your knowledge and sales approach
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, consistently achieving sales targets and contributing to overall team success
You Have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, in the eCommerce industry or related technology sectors
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
- Strong familiarity with MEDDIC and Challenger Selling frameworks and the ability to apply them effectively in the sales process
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers
- Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, trends, and industry dynamics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutions
- Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
