About the job eCommerce Account Executive

You Will:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the eCommerce industry, focusing on new business development while nurturing existing client relationships
  • Actively prospect and qualify leads, utilizing a challenger sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using eCommerce platform
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of client industries, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Present products and services to key stakeholders, demonstrating a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and aligning them with value proposition
  • Utilize the MEDDIC and Challenger Selling frameworks to navigate complex sales cycles effectively and influence decision-making processes
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM software
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your knowledge and sales approach
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, consistently achieving sales targets and contributing to overall team success

You Have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, in the eCommerce industry or related technology sectors
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Strong familiarity with MEDDIC and Challenger Selling frameworks and the ability to apply them effectively in the sales process
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, trends, and industry dynamics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutions
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
