Description
We are seeking a dynamic, versatile person to fill the position of Director of Internal Affairs, who will be overseeing and coordinating projects within our organization. This position reports to the Vice Chancellor of Community Relations and Student Advancement.
Position is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates Special Events
- Develops and oversees projects, ensuring each phase aligns with organizational priorities
- Monitors project progress, drafting and distributing periodic progress reports for leadership
- Assists in Community and Public Relations activities including outreach, and sponsorships
- Leads special event management
- Communicates effectively and supports Campus Presidents in special projects
- Represents the Vice Chancellor at various board meetings and special events
- Creates correspondence: writing letters, e-mails, meeting minutes, PowerPoint presentations, messaging documents
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Travel flexibility
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Two years experience in project management. Public relations experience helpful.
This is a full time position that requires day and evening availability and requires travel.
