Position
We are looking for a Copier Field Technician to join our service team in Reno, NV.
Essential Job Duties

Routinely demonstrate and foster a helpful and positive work culture

Meet or exceed team productivity goals on key performance measurements

Meet or exceed inventory integrity goals, including line-item accuracy and dollar value variance

Meet or exceed financial targets, including parts cost per call

Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge on all products

Make recommendations for service training needs

Assist the Sales department with product demonstrations as requested

Perform service calls on machines appearing on Excessive Activity and 3 and 30 reports

Collaborate with other technicians on service calls as needed
-
Service machines for assigned account base, including major and escalated accounts
Qualifications
-
Experience and/or certification with at least one of the following product lines is required: Canon, HP, Lexmark (training on other brands will be provided as needed)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service focus

Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Exceptional mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills with digital office equipment

Effective organizational skills and sound judgment in managing priorities

Demonstrated initiative with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Strong ethics and ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Strong computer literacy; Fiery/controller experience is a plus

Self-starter with flexibility to work additional hours as needed during peak periods
