Research Analyst

Duties and Tasks:

• The job involves qualitative and quantitative analyses of data, examination of related situations, drawing conclusions, devising solutions and alternatives and making recommendations in a timely manner to support institutional planning, policy formulation and decision making.
• The position engages in examination of internal and external data sources to study performance indicators for administrative units outcomes data and writes reports (with graphs/tables or other visuals) to present and communicate the data in an effective and informative manner.
• This position will also lead the colleges Institutional Review Board (IRB) process and the publication of the Data Spotlight Newsletter.
• This role is required to assist the Director of Continuous Improvement with other areas of Planning and Assessment.

Required Qualifications:

• Project management experience, along with program evaluation and data reporting experience.
• Experience with conducting workshops\trainings for various internal or external stakeholders.
• Program evaluation, measurement, and reporting experience.
• Experience with MS Office Suite applications (esp. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
