RN, ICU Float Team (Per Diem) Night Shift

This position involves floating to various hospital units based on patient census and staff skills, offering a diverse and challenging work environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated nursing professional with the following qualifications:

- **Current California RN license** (required)

- **BSN or MSN** (required)

- **BLS certification** from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association (required)

- 3 years of ICU experience(required)

- ACLS certification (preferred)

- Experience in travel nursing or extensive critical care (preferred)

- National nursing certification (preferred)

- Strong ability to consistently implement appropriate nursing interventions

- Proficiency in performing historical, physical, and behavioral patient assessments

- Capability to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with active involvement from patients, families, and staff
