What You Will Do to Change Lives
Under direct supervision, the Case Manager I and Case Manager II serve as primary support and case managers for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders by assisting them to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.
Shifts Available:
Full Time | Tuesday Saturday | NOC Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent; OR
High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and two (2) years of direct services in Mental Health or community services; OR
Associates degree and one (1) year of experience; OR
Bachelors degree in Social Services -
Valid and current drivers license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver

Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
