About the job Corporate Allocations Analyst
The Corporate Allocation Specialist is responsible for managing the allocation of inventory and incoming production to all business channel sales orders based on customer profiles and company standards. The incumbent will provide customer service support to internal DTC departments by managing sales orders, inventory adjustments, and providing reporting tools for business analysis.

CORPORATE ALLOCATIONS:
PRE-SEASON:
Analyze all business channel sales orders against future production/on-hand inventory to ensure orders ship complete and on time within their designated delivery windows. Communicate to business channels any necessary delivery window changes for 100% fulfillment.
Oversee and manage styles that are oversold beyond company guidelines, adjusting and canceling as necessary while communicating with the business unit and Customer Service. Work with DTC to satisfy Specialty Store orders if possible to avoid cancellations and lost revenue.
Collaborate with Demand Planning on future Production/Style Master setup issues.
Partner with the Sales Team to manage Seasonal Drop Ship orders.
SHIPPING SEASON:
Identify and communicate sales orders needing extensions due to production delays or incorrect order dates. Maintain allocation rules on sales orders as needed.
Identify orders affected by factory short shipments or quality issues. Adjust or cancel sales orders as needed and communicate with impacted parties.
Resolve “no ship reason codes” daily to ensure maximum shippables and avoid lost revenue or discounts.
Collaborate with the DC Operations Senior Manager to prioritize DC daily workload based on inbound freight schedules, monthly shipping goals, and open sales order status.
Support business channels daily in fulfilling At Once sales orders that are not available to process from current inventory.
Act as a liaison between the DC and Operations teams to review and approve orders that need to be forced through the system to ship the same day.
Manage STOCK program for Specialty Stores for in-season reorders to maintain 100% fulfillment.
Manage Sport sales orders from blank/draft style through embroidery and final new style number.
Schedule and run reports as needed.
Support any company/divisional special projects as needed.
DTC/RESTAURANT/INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRE-SEASON:
Enter all seasonal orders into the system through order uploads or manual data entry.
Collaborate with the DTC Buy Team and/or Demand Planning to resolve upload errors.
Manage International sales orders to accommodate multiple deliveries and adjust wholesale prices per account per division.
SHIPPING SEASON:
Roll previous season bulks into the current shipping season using the Order Upload process.
Process and analyze EDI’s monthly Retail Floor Set orders based on DTC Master Allocation Calendar dates.
Process and analyze EDI’s Replenishment orders 2-5 times per week, depending on the time of year.
Manage daily/weekly inventory transfers between DTC bulks.
Manage, analyze, and process monthly aged inventory, RTV, and TTO inventory movement.
Manage changes for sales orders in the system, including date changes, cancellations, corrections, reductions, and increases to bulk orders.
Support any company/divisional special projects as needed.
ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE:
Generally, 4+ years of experience in the apparel industry (wholesale or retail) in allocation, planning, and retail buying in a multi-channel environment preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills including formatting, V-lookups, and working with formulas.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business processes and systems and navigate an ERP order management system.
Database experience preferred.
Strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships with peers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
Good aptitude for numbers.
Strong professional communication skills (oral and written) and presentation skills.
Proven experience analyzing issues and making timely and effective decisions.
Must be detail-oriented.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced and demanding environment to meet goals.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
