ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review all assigned Title applications submitted to ensure completion of all required data
  • Review all dealer documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to funding any new loans/letters of credit
  • Handle and resolve all incoming inquiries and escalation issues courteously and professionally
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all partner credit union operational policies and guidelines, products and services
  • Interact with governmental agencies, dealerships, credit union partners assisting them with error resolutions, lien perfections and general title questions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
  • A minimum of 2 years of focused on consumer loan title processing experience required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills with a high attention to detail
  • Prioritize workload based on department requirements and customer needs
  • Strong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to multi-task in other areas of the unit
  • Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented
  • Ability to function in changing environment
