Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the TDIP Refresh project team with receiving, distributing, and maintaining submittals

  • Handle construction contract correspondence, document and plan control tasks

  • Input project data into Prolog and prepare status reports as needed

  • Update and maintain logs for submittals and RFIs in the project information system (Prolog)

  • Maintain both hard copy and electronic project files and document/submittal management systems

  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely posting of drawings

  • Distribute documents, submittals, and RFIs for review; track and compile responses, obtain approvals, and issue formal replies to contractors

  • Manipulate electronic files in various formats to create exhibits for meetings and presentations

  • Support the project team by attending and documenting project meetings (prepare agendas and minutes), performing expediting functions, and maintaining expediting logs

  • Complete other project-related responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably on airport or large-scale infrastructure projects

  • Experience working on projects valued at more than $50 million

  • Familiarity with various project delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and Design/Build

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations

  • Optional certifications (preferred but not required): AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, or other relevant credentials

  • Flexibility to work beyond regular hours or various shifts as needed
