WAREHOUSE MULTI- FUNCTION

Order Selector
Job Responsibilities:
Pick up proper selecting documents before beginning the order selection process.
Select and separate products by account and stop number as designated by the computer-generated label.
Match product descriptions with label descriptions and build pallets according to customer guidelines.
Maintain production standards while minimizing errors.
Transport completed orders to the appropriate staging area using a stand-up electric pallet jack.
Return completed selecting documents to the proper collection site as specified by the Shipping Department.
Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
Maintain good attendance and safe work practices.
Ensure confidentiality of company information.

Qualifications & Additional Skills:
Strong communication skills with internal customers and management.
Ability to follow safety procedures as instructed.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, carry, and/or move up to 80 pounds.
Frequently required to stand, walk, and climb throughout the shift.
Work in a warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from very cool to very warm.
May be exposed to outside weather conditions.
Noise levels in the work environment are typically low to moderate.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of six (6) months of previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere is preferred.
Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers) preferred.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
