Role Overview:
Join a dynamic outpatient Head & Neck Surgery Service as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) and play a pivotal role in patient recovery and care. Manage post-operative care, address complications, and perform independent consults alongside a collaborative team of expert surgeons and fellows. Key Qualifications:
For Nurse Practitioner (NP):
- Current New Jersey State (NJS) RN and NP licenses/registrations.
- Masters degree in nursing with prescriptive privileges (or eligibility).
- A minimum of 2+ years of clinical RN experience, preferably in surgery.
- Related National NP certification.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
For Physician Assistant (PA):
- Graduate from an accredited PA program.
- A minimum of 0-1+ years of experience as a PA, preferably in surgical oncology.
- NCCPA certification.
- Active New Jersey State (NJS) license or eligibility for licensure.
- BLS/ACLS certification.

- Proficient in implementing patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care across the healthcare continuum.
