Key Qualifications:

For Nurse Practitioner (NP):

  • Current New Jersey State (NJS) RN and NP licenses/registrations.
  • Masters degree in nursing with prescriptive privileges (or eligibility).
  • A minimum of 2+ years of clinical RN experience, preferably in surgery.
  • Related National NP certification.
  • BLS/ACLS certification.

For Physician Assistant (PA):

  • Graduate from an accredited PA program.
  • A minimum of 0-1+ years of experience as a PA, preferably in surgical oncology.
  • NCCPA certification.
  • Active New Jersey State (NJS) license or eligibility for licensure.
  • BLS/ACLS certification.
