Essential Job Duties

• Understand company products and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs

• Manage and coach a growing sales branch of 34 sales representatives

• Mentor and develop sales team members to their full potential

• Set and monitor performance standards for the sales team

• Manage branch P&L and profitability

• Monitor and manage receivable turns for the branch

• Oversee the hiring process for the branch

• Collaborate with operations and administrative departments to ensure service and support needs are met

Qualifications

• Proven ability to succeed in a quota-driven sales and leadership role

• Experience managing an outside sales team

• Bachelors degree required

• 56 years of professional sales management experience

• Sales experience in the copier and printing industry preferred
