Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of retail experience.
3+ years of management team supervision experience.
Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.
Experience in coaching and developing a team.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and take initiative in merchandising and presentation adjustments.
College degree in Business or a related field preferred.
Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs frequently.
Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
Occasional ladder climbing.
Routine standing for the duration of shifts (up to 8 hours).
Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
