About the job Warehouse Associate-Night Shift
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate may be assigned to receive inbound product, move product to distribution center stock locations, replenish pick slots, fulfill outbound customer orders, or perform any associated tasks, following documented process flows.
Shift Details:
Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Limited Weekends

Essential Functions:
Unload pallet/floor-loaded inbound containers.
Accurately receive and label products using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) with handheld RF equipment.
Safely and accurately move products to inventory stock locations.
Replenish picking locations from reserve stock while meeting productivity and efficiency standards.
Apply picking labels to cases for outbound orders.
Move products from inventory stock locations to staging lanes or conveyor induct stations.
Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions, selecting the required product/quantities.
Participate in physical inventory counting.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Immediately report any breakage to the supervisor.
Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Follow all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and suggest improvements.
Arrive at work, meetings, and other work-related functions on time.
Meet established goals and objectives.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment; may be subjected to loud noise, temperature, and weather extremes.
Equipment/Machinery Used:
Pallet jack, forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, RF device, voice pick system, time clock, and office equipment (computer, printer, fax, photocopier, calculator, and telephone).
Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, sitting, standing.
Frequent lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to obtain forklift certification within six months of hire (certified forklift operator preferred).
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work extended daily hours as business volume requires.
Must be available to work all required holiday hours.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
