DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position directly supports the Chief Operating Officer of the Test Resource Management Center.

  • Assisting in the operations and administration of the organizational IT functions
  • Assisting end-users experiencing IT difficulties by troubleshooting and evaluating computer problems
  • Providing audio/video teleconferencing support
  • Escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Liaising with appropriate DISA Joint Service Provider team members for IT issues and requirements
  • Working with management, staff, and other users to determine life cycle refresh requirements of existing systems
  • Defining, analyzing, and researching organizational IT requirements

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Knowledge of operating systems, software, and devices
  • Customer service experience
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a collaborative and diverse environment and be a team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Active Secret Clearance
