DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position directly supports the Chief Operating Officer of the Test Resource Management Center.
- Assisting in the operations and administration of the organizational IT functions
- Assisting end-users experiencing IT difficulties by troubleshooting and evaluating computer problems
- Providing audio/video teleconferencing support
- Escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Liaising with appropriate DISA Joint Service Provider team members for IT issues and requirements
- Working with management, staff, and other users to determine life cycle refresh requirements of existing systems
- Defining, analyzing, and researching organizational IT requirements
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge of operating systems, software, and devices
- Customer service experience
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work successfully in a collaborative and diverse environment and be a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Active Secret Clearance
