Role Overview:

  • Serve as a thought-partner and liaison for channel and product teams; conducting analyses, building reports, and advising on test-and-learn efforts.
  • Facilitate regular conversations with functional leaders across the organization, focused on using data to improve execution and performance.
  • Work with the Senior Director, Product team, and IT stakeholders to improve the design and function of the Business Intelligence ecosystem.
  • Help manage and prioritize work for part-time contractors, agencies, and vendor resources.
  • Work with the Senior Director to improve the taxonomy, process, and technical infrastructure that supports data work across M&C.
  • Champion a hybrid Service/Self-Service analytics model within M&C educating peers as you collaborate on data projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience working in a data-focused marketing role.
  • A track record of delivering insights and driving performance through data.
  • Experience writing SQL queries for data transformation and analysis. (Experience with Databricks and/or dbt is a plus.)
  • A history of building and leveraging dashboards in a Business Intelligence tool (PowerBI preferred).
  • Experience working with Marketing data across Paid, Owned, and/or Earned channels, including Advertising, Search, and Web Analytics.
  • Understanding of data cloud concepts related to storage, computing, transformation, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with key digital analytics concepts, including personalization, experimentation, tag management, and web languages (HTML, CSS).
