Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee electrical contracting projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and client communication. The Project Manager will ensure that all projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects

Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements

Manage project documentation including contracts, submittals, change orders, and closeout materials

Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Monitor project progress and performance, resolving any issues that arise

Communicate with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all project sites

Forecast project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Review project performance and prepare reports for senior management

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

37 years of project management experience in the electrical or construction industry

Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools)

Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations

PMP certification is a plus
