Senior Enterprise Solution Architect

Role Overview:

Design and implement architecture solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture, including considerations for disaster recovery, high availability, API integration, and cloud/on-premises setups. Work closely with the Product team, Scrum team, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, define use cases, and ensure that solutions meet research objectives. Ensure that architectural runway and technical solutions are developed and maintained to support the continuous delivery pipeline in an Agile environment. Conduct assessments of alternative solutions, evaluate vendor solutions, provide technical recommendations, and guide the technology selection process for enterprise initiatives. Collaborate with teams to ensure that IT governance policies, security protocols, and compliance with healthcare regulations are integrated into the solution architecture. Provide architectural guidance and support to engineering and technical teams, ensuring architectural coherence and successful project delivery.

Key Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles, ideally within healthcare or a related industry.
• Relevant cloud and architecture certifications are a plus.
• Skilled at effectively communicating architectural strategies and frameworks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading architectural discussions and influencing key architectural decisions.
