Role Overview:
Join as an Outpatient Plastic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner). This dynamic outpatient role focuses on delivering exceptional care to plastic surgery patients, including pre-op assessments, post-op care, and office-based procedures. With four clinic days per week (MondayFriday), this position offers a mix of hands-on patient care and essential documentation work to ensure seamless care delivery. Responsibilities include crafting detailed clinic notes, educating patients, and supporting clinical programs. Collaborate closely with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional care.
Key Qualifications:
For Physician Assistant (PA):
- Graduate from an accredited PA Program.
- NCCPA certification.
- Active New Jersey license or eligibility for state licensure.
- 2+ years of clinic/outpatient experience as an APP in Plastic Surgery (preferred).
- ACLS/BLS certification.
For Nurse Practitioner (NP):
- Current New Jersey RN and NP license/registration.
- Masters degree in nursing with prescriptive privileges.
- 2+ years of clinic/outpatient experience as an APP in Plastic Surgery (preferred).
- Related National NP certification.
- ACLS/BLS certification.
