Job Description:
Job Summary
This role focuses on strengthening employability skills among youth and women through community-based development initiatives. It is ideal for individuals interested in career counseling, life coaching, and supporting inclusive economic growth.
Many communities face challenges such as high youth unemployment and low participation of women in the workforce. These conditions highlight the need to build practical skills, increase access to opportunities, and encourage active participation in society. Youth (ages 14–25) and women, including those from underserved communities, are key focus groups for these efforts.
As a Community Development Facilitator, you will collaborate with local organizations and community members to support programs that enhance employability and civic engagement. You will help facilitate training, workshops, and activities that develop essential skills such as communication, networking, resume writing, and interviewing. The role also involves encouraging community-led initiatives that promote long-term economic development and social inclusion.
