Job Description:
The Workplace Services Specialist III provides support for the daily operations of the Workplace Services organization. This role requires delivering excellent customer service through a work order system as well as daily interaction with employees and stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining workspaces, supporting facilities operations, and ensuring workplace efficiency. This is a 100% on-site position.
Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor, enter, update, and close requests in the facilities work order system.

Inspect office space daily and submit work orders to landlords for issues.

Prepare workspaces for employees (cleaning, reconfiguring, hanging items, moving bins, etc.).

Inspect and restock common areas such as pantries, copy rooms, and conference areas.

Set up meeting spaces for events and reconfigure furniture as needed.

Assist with the management of flexible workspaces and visitor services.

Support transportation demand programs and initiatives.

Escort vendors as needed.

Assist with mailroom duties, including the delivery of large items and packages.

Create and maintain department metrics using PowerPoint and Excel.

Maintain spreadsheets and databases for workplace operations.

Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues and develop/maintain processes.

Provide backup support to colleagues and work effectively in a team environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).

Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in workplace services, facilities support, or related roles.
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Security Clearance

Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
