Job Summary Gynecologic Physician

This role involves delivering comprehensive, patient-centered womens health care with a focus on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gynecologic conditions. The Gynecologic Physician provides high-quality clinical care, performs both minor and major procedures, and supports a collaborative healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional womens healthcare focused on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gynecologic conditions.

  • Perform a wide range of gynecologic procedures and surgeries following the highest clinical standards.

  • Conduct thorough examinations, obtain detailed medical histories, and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests accurately.

  • Maintain a consistent patient schedule supported by an equitable call rotation.

  • Mentor and guide nurses, Advanced Practice Providers, and Medical Assistants in clinical best practices and patient care.

  • Utilize advanced technologies and innovative approaches to enhance clinical quality and patient experience.

  • Stay up to date with evidence-based practices to provide cutting-edge treatment options.

  • Ensure timely, accurate EMR documentation to support continuity of care and compliance standards.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to measurable clinical advancements.

Job Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

  • Active medical license(s) as required.

  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

  • Strong diagnostic, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities with patients and colleagues.

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
