The Vet Office is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join one of Dublins few remaining independent small animal hospitals. This position is ideal for someone seeking senior clinical responsibilities and genuine opportunities for career progression within a supportive, forward-thinking team.

The hospital manages a varied caseload approximately 75% cats & dogs and 25% exotics providing an excellent environment for clinical development and collaboration.

This is a key position within the team, where your ideas and initiative will be valued, and youll play an important role in helping to shape the hospitals clinical standards and continued growth.

What were looking for

• A qualified EU veterinary surgeon (no sponsorship available)

• Strong surgical foundation (soft tissue, dentistry, and routine procedures)

• Confidence in medicine and at least basic ultrasound skills

• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead and motivate colleagues
• A proactive attitude, commitment to clinical excellence, and ambition to help the practice progress

The Role

• Full-time position (flexible working patterns can be considered)

• Senior clinical responsibilities with clear scope for advancement

• Salary: 60,000 - 80,000, depending on experience

• Based in Dublin, with occasional time at a new second site opening soon
