The Role

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical and surgical care while working closely with colleagues to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing consultations and physical examinations
  • Diagnosing, treating, and preventing illnesses and injuries
  • Performing routine and advanced medical procedures
  • Carrying out surgical procedures according to experience and interests
  • Interpreting laboratory and diagnostic results
  • Developing treatment plans and advising clients on pet health and wellness
  • Maintaining accurate medical records
  • Collaborating with veterinary nurses and support staff

Requirements

  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
  • Active Oregon veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one)
